Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Aevix Service and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to upload, store, transmit, or share:
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or threatening.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
- Sexually explicit material involving minors or any content that sexualizes minors.
- Personal data of individuals you are not authorized to collect or process.
- Protected health information (PHI) unless your Organization has executed a Business Associate Agreement with Aevix.
- Payment card data or other regulated data outside the scope of features the Service is designed to handle.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other Organizations' data, or underlying infrastructure.
- Probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities except under our responsible disclosure policy.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, worms, or other malicious code.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, or spam through any Service feature, including notifications, email, and SMS.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
- Using the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark against Aevix without our written consent.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, including denial-of-service activity and rate-limit evasion.
- Using automated agents (bots, AI agents) in a manner that consumes disproportionate resources or violates published rate limits.
3. Public-safety integrity
The Service supports public-safety operations. Misrepresenting incident data, certifications, vehicle-readiness status, or personnel qualifications may endanger life and is strictly prohibited. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorized investigators in cases of suspected falsification.
4. Reporting violations
Report suspected AUP violations or abuse to abuse@aevix.app. Report security vulnerabilities under our security.txt.
5. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove violating content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for AUP violations. Where appropriate, we will notify the affected Organization administrator and cooperate with law enforcement.
